Ticket WizardTicket Wizard System Requirements
Ticket Wizard runs on Windows and macOS. Below are the requirements for the operating system, hardware, and internet access.
Operating System
- Windows: Windows 10 or higher, 64-bit
- macOS (Apple Silicon): macOS 11 or higher
- macOS (Intel): macOS 10.15 or higher
Hardware
- CPU: the CPU is used for processing documents, so a modern processor is recommended.
- RAM: 16 GB minimum, 32 GB or more recommended for complex projects.
- GPU: the GPU is only used for the user interface, so any graphics card is fine.
- Disk space: about 500 MB of free disk space, plus additional space for your documents.
Internet Access
An internet connection is required to activate the license and check for updates. If a firewall, proxy, or antivirus blocks the connection, see Firewall and Network Problems.
