How Do We Collect Personal Data?

Our Applications

Appsforlife applications collect information such as application name and version number, operating system version, license key, and host name/IP address. This is used to check the licensing status and to notify you of product updates.

We also collect crash report data when you submit it to us.

Where Do We Store Personal Data?

Website and Applications Data

We store all Personal Data collected via our websites, applications and payment processors on secure servers administered by Pair Networks Inc and Amazon Inc, located in the United States of America.

Emails and Support Portal

Our newsletter is administered through UniSender, our support portal is administered through UserEcho. Both services store some of your Personal Data — including your name and email address on their servers. Read their privacy policies for more information.

Payments

We use Pay Pro Global and PayPal to process payments. When you make an order, we redirect you to their websites to process the transaction. They will store some of your details as a reference against your transaction in case we need to process a refund or provide support, and for fraud prevention purposes. We do not receive and store your credit card details or any other sensitive financial information about your orders. We do receive and store some Personal Data about your orders including your name, email, address and phone number. This is done for providing better support and for notifying you about license expiration.
